Chula Fitness/Chula Wear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Order Processing:

• We process orders as quickly as possible, but please note that shipments only occur on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Estimated Delivery:

• You'll find your estimated fulfillment date on your order confirmation. This is when your shipment is prepared to leave our warehouse.

• Please remember, this is an estimated date and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Damages

Chula Fitness/Chula Wear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
